We want to use the most optimal time after your LIVE has just ended and your memory is still fresh to remind you of any policy violations your LIVE may have incurred and direct you to the relevant policy articles to learn more. By helping you to better understand the reason(s) behind your violation(s), we hope to reduce your chances of re-violation in the future, and have a smoother LIVE.
Details you can find in this section include:
- Total number of violations
- Number of policies violated
- Violation point(s) allocated
- Detailed violation records
How do I navigate the "Restrictions" (TikTok Shop) Page?
On App
Step 1: Go LIVE and after your LIVE has ended, you will be able to see a summary page where you can find all the important statistics about this LIVE.
Step 2: Click on "Restrictions" to find detailed information about your violation(s), if any.
Please note that the "TikTok Shop" tab on the upper right corner, which summarizes all your TikTok Shop violation(s), will be displayed by default if this LIVE is an e-commerce LIVE. You may also click "General" in the upper left corner to view your TikTok Community Guidelines violation(s), if any.
